WORKSHOPS:
-Club Development Scotland:
SD Scotland’s Andrew Jenkin will outline the support their consultancy service Club Development Scotland can offer sports clubs and Supporter Trusts including assistance with legal structures, raising capital through community shares and due diligence.

-Fan Representatives:
Led by Elaine Millar, this training workshop is about supporter representatives on the board of clubs and covers issues such as confidentiality and conflicts of interest.

-Colours of our Scarves:
Led by SD Scotland’s Mark Reid, this workshop looks at equality within Scottish sport and the work of SD Scotland through its Colours of our Scarves project in tackling discrimination.

-Supporter Liaison Officers:
This session from SD Scotland & St Johnstone's SLO Beverley Mayer focuses on the role of the Supporter Liaison Officer in building bridges between supporters and clubs. SD Scotland have been working with the Scottish FA in the development of this role and a network of SLOs for the past year.

-Keep Calm and Follow the Rules:
This a Board Member training workshop for Supporters Trusts and looks at the rules that underpin their organisation, what is expected of Trusts in terms of reporting to both the FCA and Supporters Direct, the format and workings of their organisation and the necessity to update the trust rules to the new SD Models.

-Who Owns What?:
Led by the Raith Rovers Supporters Trust chair Alan Russell, this session looks at how the Trust established their ‘Who Owns What?’ infographic, offering a break down of how their club is owned and governed – providing transparency in the process.

-Members Session:
A session for SD Scotland members and wider stakeholders, this is an opportunity for the SD Scotland Council members to update and engage members on the development of SD Scotland.
